2 ice machines out, other one flooded floor
Door key was always needing help
Floor in breakfast area was sticky and some trash

"We went to Ohio to attend a concert. The gates opened at 2:30 and the concert began at 3:00. We arrived at the location around 1:40 and stopped in to see if there were any rooms possibly ready early. They told us no and that they would be ready closer to check in time which was 3:00. "Booked the room when our flight in Dayton was cancelled and we had to go to Columbus by Uber to leave early the next morning. When we got to the hotel they said they had overbooked the hotel but had made arrangements with another hotel down the street. "FRONT DESK LADIES WERE AWESOME.
NO ROOM SERVICE FROM THURSDAY TILL MONDAY.

"Once we arrived and handed our car off to the valet. Note they didn’t offer a luggage cart or point us in the direction of one. We go to the front desk to be told we are not staying there but will be staying at a lesser value hotel across town. The other hotel had bunk beds, a broken leaking refrigerator and the room was very dark and tiny. Because we knew most hotels were already booked we decided to stay. But believe we should get a portion of our rental fee back. It was not worth what we paid"
