"They leave you waiting for more than 1 hour to check you in because they are "very busy" I am there every weekend and most of the staff at reception is impolite, unavailable and bitter. They cancel your online reservations after you tell them that you will be late (I made the reservation after 5:00 pm for that night) they make you pay again at the hotel and they do not refund the payment for the online reservation that they canceled."

"Stayed for 3 nights with friends, after our other property cancelled. This property required us to rental a vehicle and adjust some of our travel plans. But we made the most of the change and took advantage of the rental car to get out of Nashville and see more of Tennessee. The property felt very homey and was decorated in country attire... exactly as pictured. The property felt larger than photographed and was well equipped.
