"The bed was uncomfortable and the AC blew warm air, even at 66°. When the front desk clerk checked on it, they said it was working fine. I believe the electricity being out localling and the immediate increase in guests affected the efficiency of our AC, due to the increase of guests (especially with children) we were not able to enjoy the pool or hot tub . It was due to unfortunate weather around the afea, not the hotel. "

"The pool, the Jacuzzi and the workout room was advertised online as operating but when we got to the property, it was all closed. The carpet in the room is disgusting. The shower curtain in the bathroom is tied up on the corner where it’s ripped off the microwave had no microwave plate and when I asked for extra towels, I got one extra bath towel. "The building was under renovation. We did not know that when we arrived. Our room was completed except for the cable not being hooked up. Their maintenance team worked nonstop until it was up and running. Overall it was nice considering the work being done. They had ran out of yogurt and the maintenance guy actually drove to the store to buy our kids yogurt! We though that was amazing, he definitely did not need to do that!"
