"The room they assigned us to was not clean. They moved us to another room and assisted us in the move. We placed our drinks in the refrigerator and when we returned several hours later our drinks were warm. We called for maintenance and they never came. We pulled the fridge out and it was not plugged in, nor was the coffeemaker."

"Was in an easy to get to location. Nice room but a few problems. One of the bedroom closet doors was stuck, wouldn't slide at all and there was zero body wash in the pump. I loved that we could open the windows for fresh air. And that we had an entire kitchen! Lots of room. Cool decor except the weirdest sofa I've ever seen. Comfortable beds. "

"People were very friendly and accommodating. I called ahead to make sure our room adhered to my accommodating request. The room appeared clean and orderly except for the bathroom sink. It was somewhat clogged... The water would rise while running the faucet. I would need to wait 5 minutes for the water to go down the drain. The bed was perfect... I wish they had a clock in the room. However, I am highly allergic to cigarette smoke... Walking through the Casino was very hard to breath... I was...
