"We loved this inn. We had a great room, that was clean and comfortable. The beds were super, nice VAC system for heater and air condition. Shower was great, good water pressure. Like the little room with a closet and chest of drawers for storage. We were on a long roadtrip and this place was our favorite. They have a very cute bar and restaurant that i will go to when a come to Mt Shasta again. Definitely will stay there again. 5 stars."

"The room was clean and ready. The bed was comfortable, but we were happy we brought our own pillows. This motel is at the north end of town, and there were really no dinner options without driving back into town, in the dark and the rain. As we were going north, it was nice in the morning to grab breakfast (provided) and hit the freeway without having to go back through town."

"It was really close to the Shasta ski slopes. The hot tub was kind of gross."

"The shower curtain rod was broken which made the curtain stay wide open during showering. Water got all over the place. I woke up and was going to make coffee in the coffee pot in the room and the coffee compartment was missing. The room’s heating unit was blasting heat at the lowest temp setting. All in all I will not stay here again. "
