"Terrific hotel. Will stay here on future trips to Milwaukee. Beautiful building with nice clean rooms. The standard room had a little kitchenette with a stove, and was very comfortable. I ended up needing to park on the street because the lot was full, but I had no problem finding a spot on the block. Staff was very kind and helpful."

"Needed to have hot water for tea available. Was quiet and secure. Found it odd that my ID was not required at check in nor when I asked for a key replacement after accidentally leaving my key in the room. Didn’t use breakfast. Beds were newer and comfortable, carpets and bathroom clean. The room had a tub shower with multiple grab bars however the tub base was extremely slick. The tile grout around the tub is mildewed. "

"Breakfast was served from 6:00 to 9:00 AM. Too early for many of us Seniors...I recommend extending it to 10:30 AM. Parking is not safe and should be closed during the night, it should have an electric gate, and guests could open it with room key card."

"Unfortunately, the pictures do not accurately represent the property. Our room was not clean - we did contact the front desk and they willingly allowed us to move to a new (cleaner) room. The new room was cleaner, however then we had issues with the keys - our keys didn't work, the staff member's master keys didn't work, and one more set that was tried didn't work. It all worked out and we had an ok stay, but unfortuantely, if I am being honest, I can't recommend a stay here. "

"Overall the staff was great and the room was nice and clean. The breakfast was where things went horribly wrong. It was the worst that I have ever seen. No bacon, no waffles or pancakes, no biscuits and gravy. The only hot food was turkey sausage, scrambled eggs, and a microwaved breakfast sandwich. "Room was clean but you can get a sense of how the vibes in the area were once u got to the parking lot, people smoking and drinking outside of the hotel, once I got inside I had problems with getting to my room because they had messed up the names, then once I got the keys to my room there were people drinking in the hallways of the hotel. Room was clean but the service was horrible we asked 3 times to get new towel or even get the beds maid but the never did."
