"Fabulous views from all the rooms, great trips out in the evening and early morning to spot wildlife from the boat (included in room price). Great lunch and dinner also included! "Visited in march for 2 nights as a family with 10 and 9 year old. Lovely quirky huts in the jungle with lots of wildlife around, the kids loved watching the monkeys from the balcony and swimming in the river. "This place is a MUST STAY for anyone coming to Thailand. The physical landscape surrounding the 360 Issara is breaktaking. It is serene and quiet and filled with the sounds of nature - birds and monkeys! The lake water is clean and clear and warm like a bath. There are beautiful fish you can feed. The staff go above and beyond to ensure all your needs are met. The food is also top-notch. We wished we had spend three nights instead of two. "

"There was no staff at check in to help, the property did not match the photos, it was absolutely not walkable to anything as there were no sidewalks or crosswalks and the four lane highway was most definitely not pedestrian friendly. The “suite” is situated in an un-finished dilapidated building that looks so dirty on the outside it looks like there are no maintenance people within a 100 kilometre radius. The weeds are overgrown, the exterior doors do not lock & there is no exterior lighting....
