"Food was great in the breakfast and dining room. Rooms are VERY spacious and lovely--couch isn't terribly comfortable but it was so nice to have one. Only issues were with the on site laundry (neither dryer was working) and there were no vending machines on wither floors 3 or 4 where my family was. (I wanted bottled water at night). Service was friendly and quick otherwise, and the location is fantastic. "

"We checked in at 8 PM, and the desk clerk was somewhat rude. She assigned us a room that felt like a dungeon because it overlooked a storage area outside the window. In the hallway outside our room, there was a bucket catching water leaking from the ceiling. The clerk mentioned three times that she couldn't upgrade us to a different room because we booked through a third-party site, Expedia. She made it clear that booking this way didn't come with hotel privileges, even though I am a Bonvoy...
