"Average nice area "

"We arrived at 1:30pm and were asked to wait since check in was not until 3pm. When we went back at 4pm we were made to wait until 5:30pm since as per staff they were short housekeepers and required more time. As well even though we tried checking in at 1:30pm and left since no rooms were available other guests that came after us were checked in before us. Be advised the room had a strong smell of Marijuana. So I would definitely not recommend. "

"Our bedsheets had a stain. Housekeeping brought me four sheets. When I asked where the fitted sheet was his answer was “I’m new”. I told front desk nothing was done. The bathroom sink did not drain properly. The shower head leaked. I had to keep asking for coffee for my room. Never going back. The food at St James is good but overpriced. "

"Parking is $12 per day plus all applicable taxes. The bathroom was too small. The door should swing out rather than in so it made getting in the bathroom quickly a lil awkward and required tucking behind the toilet. Other than that the room was great. The bathroom concept needs to be revisted."
