"I was very disappointed that I had to pay to valet park. I was told it would be $45 when I asked and I was charged more. Pool and hot tub not open. Not sure what amDoors were slamming all night and people carrying on and partying in the hallways. Music blaring. "

"It was 9pm, my flight was cancelled till first thing in the morning and I didn’t want to spend the night in the airport. I looked them up on Expedia, got a decent rate, called their local number to make sure the airport shuttle was still working and spoke with a very helpful front desk person. As he’d said, the shuttle showed up in 15 minutes, I was there in 20, the room was clean, comfortable and well appointed, I slept well, and then caught the shuttle again at 5 am to the airport. Money well...
