"The view is amazing , little bit noisy because it’s close to airport you can hear the take landing of airplane. With breakfast included . Except there’s no exemption on the the free bottle water , we get there almost 4pm but because we wanted to see the places in Bay Area and were in a hurry after checking in we got off already without thinking of getting water the 2 free each bottle for 4 of us and the time for free bottle water pick up is 5 pm to 6:30 pm imagine if we wait for the water...

"It was exceptionally hard to find the room in the first place. I was backed by the exit. I asked the staff numerous times to help me and they were too busy to do anything about it. And the rooms next to me had nobody in them but they decided to have people above me that partied all night and I got no rest. I went to the front desk to ask them if I could have an extra few hours to sleep in in the morning and they told me no. They had no solutions. I was so unhappy with this place."
