"We were first put in room#174, in the Cabana rooms, after telling the reception desk I had my 86 yo. mother with me who couldn't walk long distances. We had to walk, outside the main building and around the back, enter into an outside building the "Cabana Rooms" and ask the way to the end! My mother was so out of breath! I went back up to the front desk and asked if there was something closer, and was given room 150... still in the same building out back, but was the first room in the hall....

"The rooms were nice. The sheets were nice. The bed was nice. The pool indoor pool was nice. What was not nice was the housekeeping staff knocking on the door at 7 AM 8 AM 9 AM 10 AM 11 AM asking if they can have laundry and asking if the customer or the guest is gonna check out"

"I was in a handicapped tub room and the shower chair was too wide for the tub. Honestly the tub was too narrow for the handicap shower chair. Someone didn't put in the right type of tub. They just assumed. I got it in the tub but since the tubs are acrylic it wouldn't take very many time for the tub to crack due to the weight of the person on the chair. The legs rest on the curve where the bottom meets the side. Other than that it was perfect"

"The hotel is in a great location. However, nothing special about the hotel itself. There is no microwave nor refrigerator. Also the check-in process is not quick and efficient. Staff member seemed confused at times."
