"We had a beach view and it was lovely. We would sit outside for our morning coffee and the view was lovely.
I think I was most impressed with the front desk. I regret forgetting his name but he was so informative with every question we had.
It was such a wonderful time and looking forward to our next get away."

"The grounds and pool are beautiful and the room was spacious and clean. Every staff member we interacted with, even just walking past, was friendly. Unfortunately, when we checked in for our 5 night stay, that we booked through Expedia, we were told they didn't have our reservation. This somehow became our fault. The manager, Armando, was brought to the front to resolve the issue. Armando should not be in a customer service role because we found him to be rude and unhelpful. We sat in the...

"Our cottage was great! It was clean, and the bed was comfortable. It was nice to have porch areas out front and back and it was an easy walk to the beach and restaurant/ice cream shop. It was also nice to have the small pool to cool off in. Would definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Sanibel!"

"The entire process from booking to checking out and everything in between was just excellent and could not be happier or better. We arrived late, but this was not a problem at all. Parking is plentiful. The unit was very clean, common areas outside were also well taken care of (and clean), in very good condition, and everything was thought out perfectly, from clean linens, plenty of towels (both beach, pool, and room), soaps (including dish & washing machine), and very, but very comfortable. ...
