"Well located. Room is nice but could use a full length mirror. We had some temperature problems in the room but it was immediately fixed. The bathroom floor is very slippery even when dry. No one told us that there would be no room cleaning. Paris Baguette connected to lobby and had an excellent breakfast. Overall, it was a very good value for the money."

"The room was clean and what we needed for a one night stay. The lobby/bar area on the 15th floor was really nice. I wish I was staying longer than a night, because I would have visited. We dashed late night food with ease. I did not get the accessible room that I booked online, but other than that, the stay was good. I would recommend."

"👌"

"The staff at night was very rude."

"Family stay to visit daughter at college. This fit our needs"

"Walkable to many shopping and safe"

"The room was clean although the tv was a bit confusing to use the advertising for the room was different from what is shown on here. Overall very nice property not much noise can be heard even with a train station nearby. Staff was great and helpful. Bar is free most days from 3-7 also a free brunch on Sundays as well starting at 11 did not make it to the other events. Overall I had a really good stay."

"Horrible staff, poor breakfast choice, overall the hotel is not clean."

"Great place no complaints"

"Strategic location, walking distance to Chicago River and Magnificent Mile"

"The front desk was helpful. The location very convenient in getting to places in Chicago. The facility and breakfast provided were also very nice. Unfortunately the house keeping was below average. They missed the scheduled in room cleaning, and even though we have asked the front desk several days in a row, they couldn't make the time. We even have to ask 2 times for toilet paper"

"HVAC system is terrible. It malfunctioned for 2 out of 5 days we were there. Staff didn’t offer anything other than telling us it was being fixed. The room was ultimately too warm and humid for comfort and sleeping. Would not stay there again."

"Easy check in, clean rooms, lots of space."

"Pleasantly surprised by this motel. It's within walking distance to many places, which I did not expect when I initially booked it. The only issue I had was with how loud the doors close. I dont think people realized that when coming in late. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Overall it was a good trip."
