"Lovely hotel located downtown. Easy access to transportation and tourist sites Staff was charming and knowledgeable. Will definitely return"

"PROS- great location for market, cruise terminal, stadiums etc, awesome bar and grill , wine and coffee shops in house. Cons- no handicap access, rooms are outdated, but comfortable, luggage carts have flat tires."

"on our first day there, their parking facilities were full because an event was happening in the area. could not find parking for hours that evening, I asked the staff and they gave me a list of parking lots. I asked them if I could leave my car in any of those overnight and their employee answers that she did not know. I told I'm not from here so were should I leave my car overnight and again she says "I don't know". so it's my problem and she says yes. "Wow!!" I had no idea what to do so...

"clean room ,good staff"

"The beds were extremely comfortable. It was a cool spot that was very unique and Colorful which is cool compared to bland hotels now. Water was free and they offer a complimentary drink and cookies in the afternoon. No issues at all. Rooms were great and staff was great! Close to the space needle and parking was no problem at all."
