"This was one of the worst places I have ever been too! I have never experienced anything quite like this and it takes a LOT for me to say anything. Especially, I have been in the hotel business and management for many years! The front desk lady, Erica, was very rude and not helpful at all! Not only was she rude to us and made us wait over hour to get checked in we were there for my wife’s surgery that next morning at 5am! but she was very rude to multiple other guest including a precious elder...

"Seems like the property is pretty new, so take this review with that in mind. Place was well cared for, clean and everything worked. Staff was very friendly and professional, helpful. Layout of room was well done and the aesthetic of the rooms crisp and modern. Location is really convenient. Right next to Interstate 40. Away from downtown Memphis, but plenty of restaurants nearby. Breakfast was tasty, well stocked and maintained. We stayed on the 4th floor, so this experience may be different...
