"We checked in for one night mid week. There wasn't many people staying at this big hotel. We asked to not be facing the main highway or the rail line. The receptionist put us on the top floor which was the hottest room, directly facing the highway and the tram line. I don't think anyone else was in this section of the hotel, except us. "The bathtub was fautly and the room should of not been rented I twisted my ankle and fell in the tub because the tub was faulty I was issued a refund by the manager but this incident ruined my vacation be in able to walk and have thrown out my back and have back and ankle pain"

"Staff is supper helpful but the building is old and not up to date, our room only had a very limited number of outlets. We coudnt run the frigde and the tv at the samw time. So it was either watch entertainment or let our food spoil. Also there was what looked like a bullet hole coverd in ducktape/painted over in our room. Bathrooms where kinda of a mess, body hear on the floor."

"All ok but the free breakfast ran out of scrambled eggs around 8am. Staff said no more eggs available for the day. Sausage, toast, and fruits also ran out around at the same time, 10+ minutes passed until next refill, and people cleaned them up immediately, and nothing left on the buffet table. Kitchen looked very understaffed."
