"I reserved a king suite so we would have the couch. When I checked in I went up to run 428 it did not have the couch it was not a suite it was a regular King room. I called the front desk she then gave me keys to room 438 as it said on the envelope. I went upstairs tried to open the door to 438 and the keys wouldn’t work so I had to go back down to the front desk. She then said sorry it’s 434 and redid the keys and gave them back to me. " Check in was efficient, but she wasn’t very friendly. Room was clean but the carpet was stained and the AC was really loud, waking us up multiple times throughout the night. Breakfast was average. "Nice hotel/lobby area. Check in process was easy. There wasn’t a lot of parking spaces so had to park a little far and it sucked having to carry our bags and no side doors to go through. Room looked nice when we first walked in. I did a walk through. There were long hairs on the towels and shower/bathtub. It also looked like red splatter on the wall of the shower which could easily be watered down. I did not want to complain because it was already late, tired and the hotel was fully booked from...
