Overall a great hotel. Rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast is tasty. Fresh fruit and eggs every morning. Hot and freshly prepared. Front desk staff friendly and attentive. Clientel is pleasant. Hallways are quiet and clean. Housekeeping staff amazing. We have stayed there several times and will stay there in the future. Location is near several trendy restaurants and shopping is nearby.

Stayed at this Hyatt for a quick over night trip to attend a friend’s baby shower in the area. I got there 30 mins before the 3pm check-in and no issue with getting my room then. I had a King Suite and it was great. I loved the layout of the couch area and the bed area. Bed was comfortable, shower was good, windows had blackout curtains. Minor complaint of noise in the hallway and then during the middle of the night when the rain picked up and was hitting the windows. I didn’t use any of the amenities or take advantage of the continental breakfast. I would definitely stay again if visiting the area. It was conveniently located near restaurants, shops and I35W.
