"The room was clean and nice. However, our air conditioner was very loud. It was so loud that we had to turn it off in order to sleep. The other issue was there were little lights everywhere that we couldn’t figure out how to turn off. My husband had to go around and cover them all up with hand towels or wash cloths."

"We had 2 rooms. 1st of all to start 1 of the keys didn't open the door and we had to go back to the lobby to get it fix. Then as soon as we enter the room it had a very terrible odor. We ask for 2 rooms and I ask to have connecting rooms well I didn't get my request. Pool was close for maintenance and hotel needs an update."
