"The omlettes Saturday morning were below standards, but the scrambled eggs on Sunday were great. Sausages were good both days. Was disappointed that the room was hot when we entered, but we got it eventually cooled down. There were not many towels at the pool."

Check-in was straight forward, but upon entering our room, we immediately walked out and went back to the check-in counter due to the overwhelming vape smell mixed with a musky scent, as if someone tried to cover it up. I had checked in maybe 10 minutes prior--only enough time for us to move the car and bring a load of our baggage...

"Rooms are compact. TV model is outdated & doesn't have Internet connectivity. Though Expedia listed hotel is 5.5 miles away but in reality it's 11 miles away from O'Hare international Airport. Uber will cost around $45. By considering the distance from Airport, rates are on the higher side."

"We reserved 3 rooms for our family of 9. Two of the rooms did not have working air conditioning and I notified the front desk. We saw maintenance in the rooms with a shop vac cleaning out the vents but it made no difference. We ended up trying 5 more rooms just to find 2 that had working air conditioning."
