"The staff was so friendly and helpful. The pool/lazy river was amazing. Clean and so relaxing. Breakfast buffet every day was delicious with many options for everyone. The amenities were great. "Property caters to cruise line customers. Under construction. If extended stay customer (9 days), rooms only cleaned or restocked 3 days per week unless otherwise requested. This was very inconvenient. Radisson does not tell you this. You have to find out for yourself. No continental breakfast. You have to pay to park your vehicle for extended stay (I was not a cruise customer). Radisson states that the pool is heated. No one was swimming as water was too cold, this seemed to cause the children...

"Dirty bathroom, a door that was not properly secured, sketchy people, and to top it off. Roaches! Left in the middle of the night after traveling alone with my child because the roach was the final straw. I do NOT recommend unless you’re okay with risking shady vibes and possibly catching a rash or bringing home some critters with you. "

"The beds in this hotel are terrible. It’s an older hotel that has been freshened up. Overall it was a nice stay. Nice bar area. Great beach access. Lots of public traffic going through hotel area to reach beach. "
