"Used this hotel for last minute airport layover. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Shuttle to and from the hotel on a strict schedule that they kept to. Make sure you contact the hotel when you land to secure a reservation on the shuttle. Momma Maria’s pizza was excellent. "

"The room was dirty, still had others belongings + stains in the bed. I was also not informed of a parking fee. I was not informed you had to pay to park outside of the building, it’s $25/a day & I was charged for 3 full days when I only booked 2 nights the same day & didn’t check in or come until night time & left 7am checkout day so I was really only parked for a day. I basically paid $400 at this place when I could’ve paid $200-$250 with free parking at the place I usually go to. "

"The overall experience based on the price was very mediocre. TV was of poor quality in terms of resolution. The mini fridge was laughably small and was missing a harness to hold drinks. My bidet didnt work. The fake fireplace was really just a poor quality space heater. They said they upgraded me to a kingsize bed but it wasn't. The jacuzzi was nice and the shower as well. I paid 600 for that room and i feel somewhat cheated. My heat was also not working properly. The room was freezing at times....

"The property is very nice and in a good location. The room was mostly clean but the carpet was extremely dirty. There was minor damage in the bathroom that was very sloppily repaired and the toilet did not flush properly. My greatest annoyance was that there were multiple hotel parties taking place on Saturday night, one of which was right across the hall from my room. There was loud music and people going in and out of the room into the late hour. The next morning, we were unable to eat...
