However, there is some sort of marks and scraps on bed and unknown liquid mark on hair drying, only one set of towel and unknown hair on toilet seat, as well no coffee machine and chair. Though the staff give me a room change, it’s basically nothing offered for a such unsatisfied experience especially as a member of the IHG."

"I will start with the positive stuff. Breakfast was reasonable, the hotel was quiet, the area was safe and convenient, and there was ample parking. The room was large which was a nice touch for my family of five. They’ve also obviously put some money into updating the lobby, which is cute and makes for a pretty good first impression. "The breakfast staff was nice. I had just stayed at a Hilton Garden Inn in New Jersey and was blown away by it. This hotel was a significant let down from the one in Jersey. Room was super small, and despite my Hilton Honors there were zero amenities. There weren’t even glasses in the room to drink from. Not even paper ones! While it was just average, the beds were comfortable and the hotel was quiet and clean. I will not stay there again however."
