"We waited for the airport shuttle for an hour. I then left my cell on the shuttle to which the driver pulled off and the front desk clerk was not able to contact the driver. I could not check in without my credit card any license. After flying for hours we were exhausted and I explained I paid with a credit card and should be able to use my passport. Then the clerk said she would check. She then gave me the keys and stated she did not see I paid with a credit card. This was a terrible...

"Hotel was very well maintained and sparkling clean. Restaurant/bar area was very lively and many TV’s showing sports and World Cup. Would definitely stay here again, as my daughter will be attending Towson in the Fall. The hostess/server in the restaurant could have been a little more friendly, and attentive. Free breakfast was very good."

The towels and washcloths were very cheap. Thin and hard. I would recommend bringing your own. The hotel was in a great area. I would recommend but don’t forget your towels and washcloths!"
