They asked if a king room with 1 pull out sofa couch would suffice. The hotel doesn’t have pull out beds to offer. They waived the parking fee and threw in 2 additional bottles of water for the inconvenience. "The experience at this hotel wasn’t so pleasant. The air conditioning system was controlled by the hotel staff, when asked if we can make the room cooler since we have allergies and asthma, they were telling us that someone will come and check it out. We were told the air was “cranking” which it wasn’t. We also had to chase for clean towels and toilet paper for our room. We were told 20 minutes, but yet no one brought us towels. We had to call and go down again to get new towels. There was no...
