"IF YOU DON’T SPEAK FRENCH, you’ll receive a sour face right in the desk. Julia, the lady that did our check in and sadly the check out seems that she does not like speak anything but French. But don’t worry, it is a general behaviour in Montreal and Quebec if you don’t speak French. I’m from Costa Rica and if someone doesn’t speak English, will find the way to help the tourist. "Hotel was very nice. We had a king bed standard room which was huge. The bed was very comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was amazing. . Very clean. Breakfast was included and well stocked. Would stay again"

"Interesting to have an apartment! Could have used some amenities like bottled water and snack options. Bathroom safety a bit of a problem with high tub and no safety handles to help get in and out. Beds comfortable and sense of space a lovely change from a hotel room."

"The staff were great, and the suite was affordable. The furniture could use some freshening up, and the carpets were stained. It was clean. The kitchenette would be good with real cutlery and plates. The cupboards were bare, and the only available cutlery and plates were wooden."
