"1. Front desk staff was very rude and mostly unavailable 2. Breakfast was very bad 3. Water leakage from the bathroom in the adjacent room 4. Room badly maintained and there were not even a dustbin placed 5. Not worth the $150 dollars and the worst holiday inn stay ever PLEASE AVOID!!!!!!!!"

"Dirty sheets w peoples hair. When we asked to change the bad for clean ones that said they don’t have any housekeepers only housekeeper manager. She gave me clean sheets so I had to do that on my own. Never change trash, housekeeping once in 2 days"

"I feel like the stay was good and the room was good. The breakfast in the morning was good. The area was clean. They maintained it as good as anywhere I’ve ever been where they served the breakfast. This was probably one of the best I’ve been at. The problem I had was with the people at the front desk a couple times. They was just not very friendly. I needed a couple things and I felt like I was getting cross-examined. But I did write it overall a four because I didn’t want one or two people...

"I received bug bites in my room. When I told the attendant at the front desk my room had bugs, she told me she would not check the room, or put me in a different room, or refund my purchase, and that if I had a problem with the room I should check out. Then when I tried to check out she refused to let me check out. I left the hotel and spent the night at the airport. My boyfriend booked the trip for me and called the hotel: she hung up on him and refused to talk to him."

"Staff is always polite and very helpful."
