"I normally don’t write reviews, but I honestly feel like I got duped by the high ratings. I wasn’t expecting a five-star resort because I knew this was an older hotel, but I did expect it to be clean and reasonably well maintained.
Unfortunately, the hotel felt very dark and gloomy. There’s an indoor pool right in the lobby next to the breakfast area, so the entire entrance smells of chlorine. The fireplace wasn’t even working, which added to the uninviting atmosphere.

"We stayed at the Antlers because we were there for a wedding and the venue was in the hotel. Beautiful setup for the wedding and the food was excellent! Rianne (I hope I spelled her name correctly!) was at the front desk when we arrived at 2:30am from Denver and was an excellent help, despite having her computer system go down and being by herself! "There was a fire alarm on Wednesday evening. Which was a false alarm. I had to take my dog out at 12:30 am and I couldn’t get back into my room with the card reader. Front desk made me new cards and they didn’t work. She had to use a machine to get me in my door.
Carpets are stained and bathroom tile is nasty. Never stay there again."

"Hotel was in a great location for all the sights and the breakfast was wonderful every morning. Highly recommend! Big rooms, refrigerator, microwave and small stove top, coffee and tea, ice machine down the hall, blackout curtains. Everything was great!"

"Front desk staff Alena was super helpful!
The staff cooking the omelettes and the staff managing breakfast were wonderful. Roomkeepers were efficient.
The biggest issues were baby squeals echoing from the center gathering space until late and late night door slams from neighbors, and that is a design issue. The staff was fantastic."

"My TV never worked. Maintenance came to check it and just kind of said oh well. no one offered me a change of room or any other alternative answers. The breakfast, only beverage available was coffee. No juice or any water was offered. All the chairs were very stained, I was embarrassed for the hotel. Not a good experience at all."
