"When I arrived, there was a notification the front desk would be back in 10 minutes. I waited 10 minutes. He came back … said he’d be right with me … went into his office … I waited … came out to his office … with his back to me, he was writing something down … I waited … he finally turned around and asked if I was checking in. "Room was fine AC worked great. Was supposed to have breakfast included but at 9am all they had was half containers of Cheerios and Raisin Bran. No coffee no fruit no yogurt no bread no bagels no juice the guy at the desk offered to make us coffee but we didn’t want to wait and the whole set up was uninviting. If you’re gonna list breakfast then really offer breakfast."
