"Hotel berseberangan dengan KL sentral, 10 menit jln kaki. Wifi cepat. Di samping hotel banyak jual makanan. Sprei ada flex, lantai berkarpet dan agak berbau, menemukan penghuni lain alias kecoa."

"Menginap 2 malam di hotel ini, pertama slot pintu tidak bisa dibuka, resepsionis tidak begitu menanggapi keluhan sampai harus naik turun 3 kali, alasan ada gangguan kartunya, sampai kita marah baru di panggil rekan nya ikut ke kamar untuk buka pintu. Posisinya hotelnya tidak begitu jauh dari jalan alor. Kebersihan lumayan cuma petugas bersihin kamar jam 5 sore loh."

Have to go to Lobby and request a room change . The TV of the replacement room (Room 701) turns out to be half broken. 6 out of 10 electrical switches do NOT work. If there is a dirtiest award for hotel, Grand Barakah Hotel at Ampang would receive unanimous vote. "

"Having stayed there 5 years ago marked drop in standards. Had to change room due to leaking aircon. No toaster supplied all rooms why? Lifts very slow but our second room on 33rd floor great views and much better standard. Great location and desk staff excellent. Would stay there again."

"Worst 3 nights experience ever! Property does not have receptionist, only 1 security guard and very unfriendly. No computer, so even when we already book, they don't have the data. Security guard ask us to find the so called "Agent" somewhere in the building nearby there but did not give proper address or directions. So we have to walk around guessing which is the "Agent" office. We call Expedia and they are very helpful to call the building and reconfirm our stay. After long process finally...
