"I was given a room key to an occupied room. That could have been interesting!
After checking out, I noticed a "Holiday Inn charge for $44.99," that they couldn't explain but refused to credit. They say it has to be a third party (Expedia) charge.
Never again!"

"The hotel was being remodeled, and that was never mentioned before I arrived. The rooms didn't have chairs in them, so there was no place to sit the first night. I did mention that and was given a desk chair with rollers the next day, not exactly ideal for relaxing and reading before bed. The room was clean but not comfortable.
The breakfast was a bit sparse the first morning, not a terribly good selection of things to eat. I guess it had gotten picked over. The eggs were gone, and the...
