Asked about late check out and the gentlemen said he could do that to compensate for the delayed check-in, but that had to be prompted by us and wasn't offered anything initially besides a...

"Early in the service both days. The food was clearly commercially, bad quality. Biscuits were hockey pucks. Sausage link was hard/edible only in the middle of the link. Both days the eggs were overcooked with burnt egg scraped particles scattered throughout. Coffee and potatoes were decent. Juices were either too sweet or too sour. Gravy unappetizing. Sweet rolls were ok for 1-2 bites. Trying not to be too critical. "
