"Friendly staff"

"clean room, shops nearby"

"Great stay"

"The room was clean although the tv was a bit confusing to use the advertising for the room was different from what is shown on here. Overall very nice property not much noise can be heard even with a train station nearby. Staff was great and helpful. Bar is free most days from 3-7 also a free brunch on Sundays as well starting at 11 did not make it to the other events. Overall I had a really good stay."

"I was surprised the hotel did not offer biscuits for breakfast. Guests had to make their own toast or waffles. Otherwise, breakfast was great."

"Strategic location, walking distance to Chicago River and Magnificent Mile"

"The front desk was helpful. The location very convenient in getting to places in Chicago. The facility and breakfast provided were also very nice. Unfortunately the house keeping was below average. They missed the scheduled in room cleaning, and even though we have asked the front desk several days in a row, they couldn't make the time. We even have to ask 2 times for toilet paper"

"I stayed here with my two daughters amd we all enjoyed it. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect and had easy access to shopping and the Bean."

"Good area for walking, eating"

"El hospedaje muy bien, ya que esta muy cerca de lo turistico y pasan muchos transportes incluso caminando llegas, estaba muy limpio ademas de que hacen limpiez en las habitaciones, sin duda volveria a hospedarme ahi, lo recomiendo mucho."

"Pleasantly surprised by this motel. It's within walking distance to many places, which I did not expect when I initially booked it. The only issue I had was with how loud the doors close. I dont think people realized that when coming in late. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Overall it was a good trip."
