"Cons: The room was cleanish, the bathroom shower looked crazy. There was only half a covering so water naturally flows to the floor leaving visible water damage and mildew. The room had a nice size but a terrible view we just faced another hotel. The worst thing was that even from a high floor the 24hr street noise particularly ambulances and sirens was crazy loud. They had little customer service skills when lines were long and no valet attendee working. They were short with customers and at time very rude.
