"The front desk was helpful. The location very convenient in getting to places in Chicago. The facility and breakfast provided were also very nice. Unfortunately the house keeping was below average. They missed the scheduled in room cleaning, and even though we have asked the front desk several days in a row, they couldn't make the time. We even have to ask 2 times for toilet paper"

"The food offering for Gold Card members was pretty bad. There is no restaurant on site and the only option is a Chinese restaurant which does not have a buffet option. Even the most basic offering is a la carte and invariably ends up being considerably more than the Gold Card allowances. Very disappointing that there is no buffet option for a light breakfast. As a seasoned Hilton user, this was the first time I have come across this situation. "

"My husband and I just spent 4 nights at the Acme hotel and really enjoyed it. They have a cafe and bar (with excellent cocktails and service). This was our first trip to Chicago and we loved the River North area! Such a walkable location close to the blue and redline trains, a grocery store and CVS, tons of fantastic restaurants and bars, and shopping. We walked to the riverfront and Navy Pier from this hotel, and the area felt safe and clean. The hotel staff were all so kind and friendly, and...
