The view of the river and surrounding buildings from the 15th floor lobby and our hotel were both very nice. We did not use the pool or gym, but they both looked great."

"The front desk was helpful. The location very convenient in getting to places in Chicago. The facility and breakfast provided were also very nice. Unfortunately the house keeping was below average. They missed the scheduled in room cleaning, and even though we have asked the front desk several days in a row, they couldn't make the time. We even have to ask 2 times for toilet paper"
