"We checked out of this hotel in less than an hour. The rooms are even smaller than shown online but the major issue was the lack of cleanliness of the room. The bathroom was filthy and need some serious renovations. The towels in the bathroom were dingy and way past their prime. The bed was past its better days as we could feel the springs when we sat down. The positive points I will share about this hotel is the customer service, the person at the front seat was courteous and profesional. When we called to ask if we could cancel our stay she asked what out concerns were and offered to change our room, when we let her know that we would not be comfortable in this type of hotel she agreed to refund our payment. We received the refund within five days. "
