"I booked this room by accident two weeks ago. The manager wouldn't let me cancel&refund or change the date so we stayed across town that night & had to keep this reservation or lose the money. There is no dedicated or close parking so prepare for valet ($65). Check-in went smoothly and the valet and front desk staff were great. We got to our room, opened the door, & stepped onto a sticky floor. As we walked into the room we noticed the "queen" beds were actually full, the lamp over the couch...

"My stay was very comfortable and that started with the friendly, helpful staff. My room was very clean. Very nice toiletries. Great bed. However, I didn't have any exercise equipment like pictured in the photos. A minor disappointment. Also, they might consider carrying some healthier snacks in the snack bar, like organic or gluten free options."
