"The staff were nice and helpful and the room and building were very clean and in great shape. The bed was comfortable. The view from our room was lovely. I’m rating the stay as only an ok because I didn’t feel like this was a $450 per night experience. The room was nothing special aside from the view. We could not sit on the balcony at night because the light goes on automatically, attracting hundreds of mosquitoes and moths. We couldn’t find a way to shut it off. "The room was given away when my daughter got there at 1AM and they were out of rooms. Imagine paying for a room for your 21 year old daughter who was traveling by herself and her plan landed at 1AM. She took an uber to her hotel, just to be told they had given it away. Even though it was paid for!!! I was not happy when she was in a city, all alone and no hotel rooms left! I would not recomend expedia or this hotel again!"

"The only problem we had our room was not cleaned. We didn’t want it cleaned the first two days so we put the sign . The third day we wanted the room cleaned for the next two days. They did not clean it the third day we ran out of towels we had piles of tiles piles of washcloth piles are trash, etc. so we went down and we complained and they gave us a $25 gift card that we could use for either Beverly or drinks we did not use it."

"When we arrived we were waiting at the front desk for approximately twenty minutes. Eventually the receptionist came to the desk and allocated us our room. I was asked to sign a wavier for an extra deposit regarding the room condition and then when I got to the room I observed that the walls in our room had many paint chips and divots. I informed the receptionist about my concerns and she said a manager would come by to inspect the room later but nobody ever showed. "
