"The layout of the room was very nice! But in the hall, in front of the elevator needed a rug cleaner The staff is very professional and friendly. The breakfast was plentiful, but could have used more variety. And a more fresh and attractive look to draw people to want the breakfast. Like cleaning up messes right away. And Seasonal fruits. The parking was adequate, but watch the potholes around the hotel. Lastly, please tell us when the pool is unavailable. It was such a summer disappointment...

"Great stay, location was good for Beale st. and outlet mall, staff very friendly, best DJs at the casino ever, very clean hotel and highly recommend!!!"

"Breakfast was too expensive. No working ice machine, some staff were helpful to get ice for Ice bucket from the Bistro, some were not. No vending machines, any water, chips etc. Had to be purchased in the lobby. One housekeeper wouldn't make our bed while we were gone because we had "personal items" on the bed (2 of our own pillows). She still took the tip I left!"
