"The room was a great size and nice quality bedding and towels. Great shower. Not much available in terms of food and drink. They offer a continental breakfast (which I didn't have time for) but no restaurant. Some limited beverages available at check in desk. I'd happily stay there again."

"Estuvimos alojados en el Holiday Inn Express Bilbao by IHG con nuestros hijos de 8 y 15 años mientras asistíamos al Open de Taekwondo de Arrigorriaga, y la experiencia fue muy positiva.
La habitación y el baño estaban muy limpios, y todo el personal fue muy amable y atento. Queremos destacar especialmente a la recepcionista del turno de mañana, que nos atendió con mucha profesionalidad y simpatía.
El desayuno tipo buffet nos pareció muy completo, con opciones para toda la familia.

"Reasonable accommodation and good location.
ILUnion offers good breakfast but cost is included in the rate, staff is reasonably accommodating and overall it was a pleasant stay.
Expedia room rates for IlUNION are inflated; there are better hotels available for the nightly rates we paid. I am recommending researching independently before booking."

"Ensemble correct, avec jolie chambre et bonne literie. Personne à l'accueil disponible. Mais sanitaires très bruyants au sein de la chambre, et même d'une chambre à l'autre. La salle du petit déjeuner est sans vue sur l'extérieur."

"Si quieres descansar éste no es tu hotel. Entra luz por la puerta, se oye todo el ruido del pasillo, calle, habitaciones, etc… Por 290€ la noche, me pusieron la habitación 105, enfrente de escaleras y ascensor. Precio desorbitado."
