"The King’s Throne is a far better option than a sterile Motel/Hotel option. Landon is a wonderful host and the house itself is great example of fin de ciècle architecture and how it was presented in middle class America at the time. You will never see quarter-sawn wainscoting and crown moulding like this in a conventional rental.
