"Check in to the hotel is efficient. The receptionists are friendly and helpful, even went all out to assist me in booking a last minute driver to Yunmen Mountain. Housekeeping staff are very on the ball to keep the room clean and neat. They even prepared fruits and yoghurt daily for the guests. Hotel even prepare special gifts daily.
Would like to commend one specific housekeeping staff - Yang Mei for going all out in customer service.

"It is generally ok except the unprofessional front desk service. When I checked in around 10m late night, I was asked 2-3 times which companies I was from, I replied just check name but the front desk kept asking, which was a bad experience. In addition, the staff who served check-in had no name tag. When I asked is there any chance I can get updated on high floor lake view. The reply was: no, you must stay the room you booked. Wow, a great check in experience. "
