"When we got to the property, there were people smoking blunts and drinking out of paper bags in the hotel parking lot. The area was not safe at all. Lots of crackheads. When we got into our room, the bathrooms and tables weren’t even wiped off. Not clean. We decided to look past it and go to swim. The pool area was extremely dirty. Mold growing all over the walls, the hot tub was out of service for a year and the pool was barely heated so it was freezing. We didn’t end up staying the night...

"Our stay was great! Our room was very clean, as was the entire hotel. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. It’s close to Canal Park, the mall, and downtown. We will definitely stay there again!"
