"The front desk people were not very knowledgeable, the hallways were stink, the TV in the room did not work along with the phone. The shower wasn't clean so we had to get a room change in which that wasn't much better. They claimed to have a breakfast area where they served beverages and breakfast, which they did not have!! They claimed to have a "snack market" which they did not have!! They claimed to have a restaurant, which they did not have!! Most of the "amenities" listed were not there!!...
