"My check-in was not geat. But,, it was not due to the Hotel staff. There wasa disgruntled costomer checking out and he was arguing about some charge on his bill. He was very ignorant to the lady and very disruptive for folks trying to check-in."

"I had two rooms for my stay. One room was alright. Nice for an older hotel. The other, the view out the window was a solid wall, inside lock on the door was broken, and no bathroom supplies in the shower.
The ice machines were broken and they were not providing ice. (I think if the machines are down the hotel should supply ice from gas stations or the kitchen)..

"The hotel overall was not clean. The rooms had areas of dirt. We changed rooms and that one also had some dirt and pubic hair found on bed comforter and bath tub we noticed when we arrived. It was a weekend and extremely busy when we arrived. The trash cans all over the property were overflowing and food was not fully stocked in the breakfast bar. Beds were very comfortable and the staff was friendly overall and tried to help us manage our complaints. I would not come back to this hotel or...
