"This isnt a great hotel to stay at. The rooms are deceivingly small. They post spacious rooms for the regular king rooms making you believe they are bigger than they really are, the room is very small. Confined to the perimeter of the bed area. They give 2 free water bottles the rest are $3 each afterwards unless you join some honors program which requires membership. Snacks in the lobby are literally $5 each which is ridiculous for small bag of potato chips. Breakfast is mediocre and expensive,...

"So here’s the thing. I was very clean but it felt dirty bc it was just SO dated. To the point I looked for bedbugs (there were none) and the bathroom sink and shower were eh but good water pressure and temperature. The wall unit was making the loud noise off and on which kept waking me up…didn’t try to get it fixed or move rooms though. It wouldn’t pay more than $225/night to stay there. Loved the location for just going to the theatre "

"The location was wonderful! The actual hotel, not so great. Air conditioning was down 3 out of the 4 nights, maintenance came and fixed it and it went out again. We let the front desk manager know upon checking out and 4 employees chimed in on the air conditioning situation.. even the maintenance guy showed up trying to argue that it had been fixed! Very rude. 4 on 1. So unprofessional. Staff had no knowledge of the area. They had people standing out in the lobby acting as if they were there...

"Hôtel très bien situé à 5 min à pieds de Times Square. Nous avions demandé pour avoir une chambre tout en haut avec vue sur la ville et nous l avons obtenue. Nous étions au 37 eme étage. Cependant, nous entendions fortement les klaxonnes et les sirènes. Il y a un peu d attente aux ascenseurs. Le petit déjeuner était top. Du lundi au jeudi, ils offrent l apéro de 17h à 18h30 (vin, bière, softs, fromage et olive) L hôtel était en travaux lors de notre séjour, nous n avons donc pas pu avoir accès...
