"The room itself is extremely clean, and the hotel is very close to museums.And the mint and the ben franklin museum. It's very close to chinatown and the reading market. This isn't the hotel's fault, but the neighborhood around the hotel has gotten a bit rough, and there's definitely more homeless people around there; i would be more cautious walking around the neighborhood at nighttime.
The cleaning staff was very helpful and the front desk was friendly and efficient."

"Great hotel! Perfect manager and staff! Only thing i didnt like was no microwave in room, and the garage parking. We ended up parking on Market street to be able to keep
our car keys with us at all times because all
of the garages are Valet. NO SIR.
Property was gorgeous and everyone was helpful and friendly. The manager was the bomb!"

"Our AC was broken for 2 nights and wasn’t fixed after we notified staff. It was 82 degrees in our room. The pocket door to the bathroom broke/fell off the track and had to be forced open or closed every time. This was not able to be fixed during our stay either."
