"Our AC was broken for 2 nights and wasn’t fixed after we notified staff. It was 82 degrees in our room. The pocket door to the bathroom broke/fell off the track and had to be forced open or closed every time. This was not able to be fixed during our stay either."

"Hello, when you walk into the hotel, there was trash on the outside of the area, walking into the lobby. And then when you walk in the lobby, the rug was filthy and needs to be replaced like ASAP!, couldn't check-in at 4 had to wait 2 and a 1/2 hours before check-in. Ask for extra towels never receive it. Shampoo, body wash all of that was out/empty in the room no one never brought it to the room. I had to go to the office - front desk to get it. The tub had hair in it, the room was musty and...
