"The hotel is clean and spacious. Could do with a refresh (power points or charge ports near the bed). But what is outstanding is their staff. 100% every interaction was awesome. Polite. Professional. Warm and welcoming. Is something was needed, they did it. If something was uncertain, they cleared it up. They handled mail and packages. "Had a bit of trouble figuring out the virtual check-in process (I should've done it in advance) but once I got through that, everything was good. I do wish there were more options to leave luggage in a locked cubby after after checkout, since you lose access to the building after your checkout time, but the staff member that was there on Sunday was there until 4 pm and let me in. (This is mostly an issue for Sunday checkout since the restaurant is open late other days)"
