This location was actually a nice, quiet place to stay. A bit out of town, but a great spot to go any direction out of.

"The hotel is in the middle of remodeling their rooms. We stayed in one of the newly remodeled rooms. The room was clean, beds were comfortable. My husband and I enjoyed the bar area. Jenny was our bartender. She was very nice and enjoyed making a variety of different cocktails for us to try. The bar serves food and there is also a Perkins restaurant attached to the hotel."

"This place was perfect for our small group retreat. It was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The smart TV and wifi worked well for our purpose. It had everything we needed and the lakeview was awesome. We caught the sunrise by our bedroom window.
The owner was also very accommodating and checking us for any other needs we might have."

It is not part of Three Bears Resort like the listing states, you do not have access to the waterpark unless you want to pay extra. “Dogs welcome” means a dog as there is a 1 pet maximum and for $150 fee, which is also not disclosed on the listing and you find out in your confirmation email after booking. This property was also being booked through a vacation rental company (Evolve), which is also not disclosed until after you book. The owner of this property...
