"We decided rent this apartment because pool for kids, but on first day it was so dirty, on second pool was closed . For breakfast they have no enough people to serve breakfast "

"Got the room with a sofa bed and there wasn’t enough room to actually pull it out. And there wasn’t enough linens and the staff could only find a pillow. "

"The ice machine was out of service, but other than that, we had a nice stay."

"Arrived at 11:45pm and had to wake up at 0500. The digital key would not work. Went downstairs and obtained a physical key card which did not work. The front desk gave us another room. The room we stayed in did not have a deadbolt that worked for the adjoining room, dirty shower curtain and questionable elevators. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, just a very difficult time getting into our room to get a little bit of sleep"

"This place is horrible.Early morning lots of noise, people next door fighting. Floor above us was like someone moving in at 8am in the morning. Called the FD to make a complaint but the issue was never resolved they said no one is in the room above us which is insane. In addition to that none of the ice machines works on either floors. Tv has no internet."
