"The price for the room was the best part, and the staff was nice. The rooms have some issues, like the carpets were horribly dirty as proven by socks I wore briefly crossing it - just ewe icky dirty. We paid for a city view but got no view because the desk said rooms were, "on a first come first serve basis." Also the black out shades are all askew and don't really cover the window. And when we returned from our full day and night outing our room was not cleaned (no wonder the carpets are...

"This Indigo is very reasonable and not far from downtown, Hopkins Hospital and more. The outstanding part of my stay was the evening staff helping me when I arrived. I left my phone by accident in my Lyft ride, and they quickly figured out how to go through the Lyft website and report its mission, with my information that Lyft has. The driver was back at the hotel with the phone in less than 15 minutes, saving me hours of frustration. Thank you, Indigo staff!"

"I really wanted to love this hotel. The property is gorgeous, the rooftop views are breathtaking, and every staff member I encountered was warm, professional, and genuinely kind. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t match the price or the expectations set by the listing.
